SPINE2 Complexes Workshop "New Strategies for cloning and expression of protein complexes in E. coli and insect cells"
Rehovot, Israel
22nd - 27th November 2009
This workshop was aimed particularly at young scientists and technical staff who want to learn at first hand new strategies for cloning and expression of protein complexes in E. coli and insect cells.
The course covered LDC and LIC cloning methodologies and small-scale secreted and intracellular expression of protein complexes in E. coli and insect cells. The course was limited to 20 participants, under the auspices of the Israel Structural Proteomics Center (ISPC), headed by Joel Sussman.
